2lb down, 62 to go!

Is been quite a week so far, Sunderland won again so are now safe,which is a big relief and hopefully i can now relax a little and not over eat.  Just the house move now.  I've been to the gym twice, I would've gone tomorrow as well but they're closed,  so Saturday it is.  I signed myself and was pleased to find i had lost 2lb in 6 days.  Not too bad, still a long way to go, but it helps me too realise that what I'm doing is actually working, which will definitely help me to stick with it. I wanted to celebrate premiership safety with chocolate,  so i went to asda and bought a Mcvities flapjack thing with caramel and chocolate and didn't even eat it all, i shared it with Jessica.  Tomorrow ands Saturday will be a bit more of a challenge with it being my dad's birthday, so there'll be cake and a meal out at a restaurant, so i need to be extra careful not to overdo it,  but that should be a little easier now i know I've lost some because i don't want to undo my success.
