A good start
Today i went to the gym again. I know, 2 days in a row. That's the first time in a while i've done that. Before i even went to the gym i had another active morning packing boxes, which means lifting heavy things. I had another healthy lunch, not salad healthy, but healthy enough. I gave it a couple of hours then went to the gym and for the first time in ages, actually wanted to be there and not just because they had the football on. A positive result in the football lifted my mood which really helped with my workout. After another good and tiring workout i went home and gave myself a break and watched more football. Another positive result and i felt rejuvenated. So much so I even went out and did work on the car. It's amazing how having a positive attitude can really impact the successsuccess of your goals.
